The cost to rent a portable toilet or luxury portable restroom trailer will vary depending on the details of the order. Where are you located? What type of rental do you need? How long is it needed (days, weeks, months)? Do you need multiple units? All of these things impact the total cost of the order. Please use our quote request form or contact us, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

We recommend reserving your portable restroom rental at least a week before it is needed. Of course, it is helpful to make your reservation even further in advance if possible. During peak rental season, our inventory may be limited.

We usually deliver rentals the day before it is needed for your event or project and pick it up the day after its conclusion.

It’s not necessary for someone to be present when your portable restroom is delivered or picked up. However, we do ask that the area where the unit is needed can be easily accessed by our delivery truck. Please leave any gates open or unlocked and have the driveways clear. Also, if the restroom needs to be placed in a specific location, please mark the location clearly or provide us with drop-off instructions prior to the day of delivery.

If there is a specific location where you would like the portable restroom(s) placed, please mark the location at the drop-off site and/or communicate the details to us before drop-off. We will do our best to accommodate your request. The placement location must be accessible by our truck, safe for our driver and anyone who will be using the unit, and in a spot where the unit is not at risk of damage. The best spot for a portable restroom to be placed is on level ground (paved if possible) close to where it will be needed without obstructing the flow of foot or vehicle traffic.

It’s not a problem if you don’t have electricity or water available at your location. We’ll take care of it! Our trailers are equipped with fresh water holding tanks. If electricity isn’t available, we offer a generator for an additional fee.

No. We always bring extension cords and hoses with us, so you don’t need to worry about it!

Our employees are experienced in servicing portable restrooms and have been trained to follow best practices to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation. The portable restroom cleaning process consists of removing garbage/debris from the unit, pumping the waste from the tank, cleaning the entire unit, and restocking supplies.

We require a 50% down payment, with the remaining balance due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, credit card, and check. If you have additional questions about our billing process, please contact us.
